Returns & Warranty

To initiate any return, please write us at contact@myxrplus.com. Be sure to include your product’s serial number, Order ID and photos of defective or incorrect product.
1. If you received a defective or incorrect item we will replace it as fast as possible.
2. Please report the issue to us via email at contact@myxrplus.com and make sure to provide photo evidence along with valid order Id, phone number and shipping address. We 100% guarantee a replacement to any customer who receives an incorrect or defective product. These issues, however, have to be reported 2 days upon receiving the product, so please make sure to check your product for defects as soon as it arrives!
3. Ship the defective or incorrect product to our manufacturing unit. Address of our manufacturing unit will be provided to you by our representative. For this you need to send us the photo/screenshot of shipment receipt along with tracking number at contact@myxrplus.com.
4. MYXR+ does not accept returns or exchanges of MYXR+ products purchased from other retailers. Furthermore, we do not accept returns or deliveries without a valid returns authorization from our customer service desk at contact@myxrplus.com.
5. Warranty is not applicable in case of any damage to the product, customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, spillage of any kind of liquid on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use, defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.

Note:- 1. Our representative will provide you more details on mode of shipping to return the product.
2. Return and Refund are not applicable on COD orders.
3. Please ensure that the product is returned to our warehouse within 3 Days post approval with all the accessories and original packaging.
4. Please make sure when you are returning the product, you pack it properly. MYXR+ will not be liable if the product is damaged in transit during return.
5. If the product is found damaged or found missing, no replacement will be provided.
6. Under no condition will a return or replacement will be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality.

By using our website and placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Warranty Policy and Return & Replacement Policy.
Once we receive the defective or incorrect product from you, our technical team will verify the product for valid defects, if the defect is approved then replaced within 5 business days of our receiving and approving your returned item.
We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the date of original purchase on our website or from an authorized MYXR+ retailer or reseller. If you believe your product is faulty within the warranty period, please contact us at contact@myxrplus.com. Please include your product’s serial number, proof of purchase, telephone number or email id and full shipping address in your message to us. Once your warranty is verified, you will be issued a return authorization and instructions for a return shipment. Please read our Return Policy for more details and exceptions.

Warranty is not applicable in case of deterioration or peeling of the colour of the product due to normal wear & tear or usage.
Within warranty, if applicable for a repair or replacement, then only one time repair or replacement is provided in a lifetime.
The warranty services is limited to repair or replacement of the product & is at the sole discretion of MYXR+.
